Satish Kumar Nigam is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales leadership. As Co-Founder & Director of Pharmola, he brings a strong blend of strategic insight and grassroots knowledge. His journey began at Mankind Pharma, where he led regional sales teams across Eastern UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, and MP, fostering growth and collaboration.

Passionate about healthcare and rural development, Satish actively participates in major conferences like RSSDI and IMA. After retiring from Mankind, he founded a marketing venture to generate youth employment and share his expertise. His mission is to drive impact, empower communities, and support the next generation of professionals.

Mr. Santosh Singh

Santosh Singh brings over 25 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with a mission to make healthcare more affordable, innovative, and accessible. As the Co-Founder & Director of Pharmola, established in 2021, he leads the company with a vision rooted in quality, technology, and patient-first values.
Under his guidance, Pharmola focuses on three key pillars: delivering cost-effective medicines, advancing R&D, and building a future-ready healthcare ecosystem. His dedication drives the company’s mission:

Ashwani Kumar Dixit is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A postgraduate in Science (Chemistry) from C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur, he began his journey with Mankind Pharma Ltd. in 2001 and advanced through various leadership roles.
In August 2021, he co-founded Pharmola Health Vision with a mission to drive impactful change in healthcare. Guided by the values of People, Peace & Prosperity, Ashwani promotes smart work, lifelong learning, and continuous growth. His focus is on building value for people and communities through innovation and integrity.

Gaurav Gupta is a pharmaceutical sales and marketing expert with over 25 years of experience across leading companies like Cipla, Ranbaxy, and Mankind Pharma. Since April 2022, he has played a key role as Co-Founder & Director at Pharmola, driving commercial success through strategy, branding, and strong market presence.
Known for his deep industry knowledge and result-driven approach, Gaurav has consistently led high-performing teams and built lasting relationships with stakeholders. His mission is clear:

As a former Director and Investment Advisor at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR), he brings leadership experience across technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, and renewables. With a B.Tech and dual master’s degrees (M.Tech & MBA) from IIT and IIM, he blends technical expertise with business acumen.

As Co-founder and Investor at Pharmola, he is dedicated to making healthcare more accessible, affordable, and safer, advancing the industry through cutting-edge solutions and high-impact investments. A seasoned C-level executive, investor, and strategic advisor, Umang continues to shape the growth and direction of various early-stage ventures.

Mr. Satyam Nigam

Satyam Nigam is a seasoned technology and financial expert with a strong foundation in Information Technology and Financial Management. Currently, he is a key professional at Barclays, where he has been contributing to the company’s success since May 2023 in Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom.

With a robust academic background, Satyam holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Information Technology & Financial Management, where he has consistently maintained an A-grade performance. His deep understanding of financial systems, coupled with his expertise in IT, allows him to drive impactful solutions in the banking and fintech sectors.

Beyond his professional achievements, Satyam is also an Investor in Pharmola, an India-based company founded in 2021. His strategic insights and financial acumen contribute to Pharmola’s vision of innovation and growth in the pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Anurag Srivastav is an accomplished professional with strong expertise in Marketing, Soft Skills Training, and Pharmaceutical Sales Development. He holds an MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad and is a Certified Soft Skills Trainer from ICBI.

With extensive experience as a Freelance Soft Skills Trainer, he conducts high-impact training programs and workshops that enhance communication, leadership, personality development, and workplace professionalism. His training approach is practical, engaging, and result-oriented.

Mr. Srivastav also specializes in Pharmaceutical Sales Training, where he supports individuals in improving field performance, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness. His guidance has helped many candidates secure placements as Front Line Managers (FLMs), Medical Representatives, and Sales Executives, contributing significantly to their career growth.
